• Sale of genuine Norton Antivirus product licenses and subscriptions
• Technical support and virus removal services
• Remote assistance and device security assessments
• Account management for Norton product activations
• Customer education and cybersecurity advisory services

All software products sold are genuine Norton products licensed by NortonLifeLock Inc. We do not develop, modify, or own the underlying software. Norton's End User License Agreement (EULA) applies to all software installations.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice provided to affected users.

To purchase products or access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Keep your password confidential and not share it with any third party
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Be at least 18 years of age to create an account

Upon successful purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Norton software product for the subscription period purchased, subject to Norton's EULA. Specifically:

• Licenses are personal and non-transferable — you may not resell, sublicense, or distribute them
• Each license is limited to the number of devices specified in your plan
• Licenses expire at the end of your subscription period unless renewed
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any software product
• License keys are single-use; sharing keys violates this agreement

You agree NOT to use nortonantivirus.online or any of our services to:

• Engage in any unlawful activity or violate any applicable local, national, or international law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or databases
• Transmit any harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive content
• Impersonate nortonantivirus.online, NortonLifeLock, or any employee or agent thereof
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to collect data without our written consent
• Resell or distribute purchased license keys without authorization
• Introduce viruses, malware, or any other malicious code to our systems
• Use our services for any purpose that competes with NortonLifeLock's business

All prices are displayed in USD and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

• Payment is due in full at the time of purchase
• We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal via secure, PCI-DSS compliant processors
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
• You will receive a renewal reminder 30 days before auto-renewal
• You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account settings
• Chargebacks or payment disputes that are found to be fraudulent may result in account termination

The Norton™ name, logo, and all related product names are registered trademarks of NortonLifeLock Inc. and are used under authorized franchisee license. You may not use these trademarks without prior written permission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site.

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. While we offer a Virus Removal Guarantee for purchased plans, we cannot guarantee that all threats will be detected in all circumstances — please refer to our Refund Policy for guarantee terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nortonantivirus.online, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, profits, or business — arising from your use of our services.

Our total cumulative liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to nortonantivirus.online in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you in full.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees
• Actions that harm nortonantivirus.online, NortonLifeLock, or other users

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. License keys already activated on devices may continue to function until their natural expiry date, subject to Norton's EULA.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which nortonantivirus.online operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 60 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or, where arbitration is not permitted by law, to the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

You agree to waive any right to a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration proceeding.
